Our Story
It all started when founders Davide & Leyla relocated to Ibiza in 2018.
We were starting from scratch. Finding a place to live wasn’t just about securing a lease it was about trying to feel settled in a space that wasn’t truly home, yet.
Many of our new friends were facing the same stress: navigating short lets while hunting for long-term homes, and jumping through all the hoops that come with it.
Back in London, we saw another side of the story. Landlords were struggling to find trustworthy tenants and reliable management without hidden fees or headaches.
That’s what sparked LD Stays. A shared belief that we could do better. With our combined experience in the hospitality industry we could bridge the gap from both sides of the rental experience. We set out to create a standard of care that leaves tenants, our guests, feeling truly looked after and property owners confident that their assets are in safe hands.
